All shipping comes with full tracking & $100 insurance coverage. We do not hold any responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged packages. Any claims should be made directly from the carrier's insurance company. Please email support@hellokoai.com for an address if you need to claim insurance.

 

After your order is dispatched, I can no longer make any changes. Any custom & duty fees charged are the responsibility of the customer. I do not have any control of import fees as it is set by your government.

According to our carriers, shipping within Canada & US is usually 2-8 business days. Due to Covid-19, estimated delays can range from 2-14 business days.

Local Pickups
Local Pickups will be ready in 1-2 business days for items in stock. For made-to-order Items they will be ready in 8-11 business days.

 

Refund/Return Policy

Due to being a small shop, our sustainability commitment and the nature of our products, ALL ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. We have a NO REFUND, EXCHANGE OR RETURN POLICY. Every order is carefully made and quality checked before shipping out. However, in the rare case that you receive a damaged item. Please email support@hellokoai.com upon receiving your order with a short description, and attach any photos/videos of the issue. I'll evaluate the situation on a case by case basis, and make sure it gets taken care of!
