When Will I Get My Order?

For items in stock, I try my best to ship out orders within 3-5 business days and local pickups will be ready in 1-2 business days. For made-to-order items such as rings, I aim to make them within 7-10 business days and shipped them out ASAP after that. Please note that this is a one-women-operation, and these times are subject to change, especially during holiday season. In any circumstance that changes are made, I'll send you an email notifying you. Your support means so much to my small business & thank you for understanding!

 

Can I Return/Exchange An Item?

Due to being a small shop, our sustainability commitment and the nature of our products, ALL ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. We have a NO REFUND, EXCHANGE OR RETURN POLICY. Every order is carefully made and quality checked before shipping out. However, if you have any issues with your order, please  email support@hellokoai.com & I'll make sure to take care of you! 

 

What If I Get A Damaged Item(s)?

Every order is carefully made and quality checked before shipping out.  However, in the rare case that you receive a damaged item. Please email support@hellokoai.com upon receiving your order with a short description, and attach any photos/videos of the issue. I'll evaluate the situation on a case by case basis, and make sure it gets taken care of!

 

When Will I Receive Tracking?

You will receive a tracking email once your order is processed. After you get the tracking number, please wait another 24-48hrs for tracking to be updated.

 

How Can I Track My Order?

International Orders please use UPS, Fedex or DHL tracking portals.

 

Can I Cancel My Order?

Unfortunately, orders CANNOT be cancelled after it's placed due to limited quantities in stock.
